Our Approach
While we are happy to work with you to define a workplan covering the whole of a contract, we are at our most effective when your brief to us is almost ‘open-ended’ allowing us to follow ‘rabbit holes’ as the data unfolds. In this case, we would propose a multiple ‘deep dive’ workplan for key stages of the work, issuing interim reports and position papers which can then be incorporated into your thinking as it develops or is influenced by our work and enables us to adopt an agile approach to subsequent ‘deep dive’ content.
We will happily work independently to complete an agreed scope of work, regularly communicating progress and insights as they develop.
